Salary : $780 to $1,145 per week
Job Description :
As an Event Coordinator at Seronda Network, you will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events that showcase our brand and engage our audience.
You will collaborate with different teams to ensure each event is a success, providing memorable experiences for our clients and partners.
This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Plan and coordinate events, including logistics, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure smooth event execution.
- Assist in the development of event marketing materials and promotional strategies.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Monitor event performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain event timelines, checklists, and post-event reports.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
