Role Overview :

We are looking for a driven and resourcefulContract Sales Associateto support our growing pipeline of enterprise opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is eager to gain hands-on experience in enterprise sales within the supply chain technology space.

You will work closely with our Head of Partnerships & Sales to qualify leads, nurture prospects, and advance opportunities across both consulting and SaaS engagements.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation & Prospecting :

  • Research target accounts, contacts, and industry verticals.
  • Build outbound prospecting lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, and other tools.
  • Support initial outreach efforts, including emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-ups.

Pipeline Support :

  • Qualify inbound and partner-sourced leads against target criteria.
  • Schedule intro and discovery calls with the senior sales team.
  • Maintain accurate activity records in HubSpot CRM.
  • Sales Enablement :

  • Assist in creating decks, one-pagers, and proposal templates.
  • Support follow-ups after meetings with clear notes and action items.
  • Track partner referrals and opportunities across the ecosystem.
  • Market Research & Reporting :

  • Generate weekly pipeline and activity reports.
  • Provide insights on outreach performance and suggest improvements.
  • Qualifications & Experience :

  • 12 years of experience in sales, business development, or SDR / BDR roles (experience in technology, SaaS, or supply
  • chain / logistics is a plus).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Contract Details :

  • Hours : ~1520 hours / week (flexible, with potential to scale).
  • Compensation : Hourly or monthly retainer (commission opportunities available for closed deals).
  • Duration : 3-month initial contract, with potential for extension.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

  • Number of qualified leads generated per month.
  • Number of outreach activities (emails, calls, LinkedIn messages) completed.
  • Meetings or discovery calls scheduled with prospects.
  • Pipeline growth and accuracy in HubSpot CRM.
  • Contribution to sales materials and follow-up effectiveness.
  • Timeliness and quality of weekly activity and pipeline reports.
  • Conversion rate of leads to opportunities or deals.
