Workday Financials Configuration Analyst - $160,000 + 10% Bonus
We are exclusively partnered with a highly prestigious insurance company who are currently implementing the Workday Financials & HCM suite and are seeking a strong Workday Financials configuration analyst to become a sole contributor for their financials tenant!
You will be joining a highly collaborative team of individuals, be involved in exciting new projects they have on the horizon;
from merger and acquisitions, to gaining further experience within Workday Adaptive and PRISM, this organization has extensive potential for growth.
Daily Responsibilities
- You will be working with the implementation partner on the design, testing and vision of the Workday Financials tenant
- This organization is already live with Procurement, Adaptive Planning and PRISM, so you will be working across these areas
- Once they are live with Workday, you will take ownership of the Workday Financials tenant, configuring new functionalities, maintaining and updating the tenant
- Partnering with the CFO, PMO, HR and Payroll team to understand and gather requirements
Essential Requirements
- You must have a minimum of 3.5 years hands on Workday Financials experience
- Strong communication skills are key
- Experience configuring across General Ledger, Accounting Center or Procurement is essential
- A financials background is highly advantageous but not essential
- Previous or current experience with Merger & Acquisitions is preferred
- This position is required to work Eastern hours
