Job Summary
We seek an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. You will play a key role in coordinating complex commercial mechanical construction projects.
The ideal candidate has a stable work history, extensive experience with commercial mechanical contractors, and a strong understanding of industry technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate project records and prepare regular status reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to meet quality and timeline expectations.
- Assist in managing project budgets and ensuring adherence to financial and safety standards.
- Act as the primary client contact, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Qualifications
- Stable work history, ideally with local experience in Phoenix, AZ.
- 3+ years in project coordination within the commercial mechanical construction sector.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Project, Trimble AutoBid, and Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
- Strong background in HVAC, chillers, boilers, plumbing, piping, and medical gas systems, and familiarity with building automation systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
