Job Summary

Were seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility, with full P&L responsibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring efficient production, maintaining high-quality standards, and managing costs to achieve profitability targets.

Main Responsibilities

P&L Management :

Develop and manage plant budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

Ensure profitability targets are met through cost control and revenue growth.

Production Operations :

Ensure efficient production processes and maintain high-quality standards.

Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

Leadership and Team Management :

Lead and develop a team of production supervisors, quality assurance personnel, and manufacturing staff.

Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Quality and Compliance :

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Implement and maintain quality management systems.

Strategic Planning :

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve profitability.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Supply Chain Management :

Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.

Ensure timely delivery of materials and components.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience in manufacturing operations management with P&L responsibility.

Strong financial management and analytical skills.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Knowledge of industry regulations and quality management systems.

Experience in regulated environment (e.g. ISO 13485) is a must.
