Aspen Grove Behavioral Hospital is an -bed facility, serving the Adolescent, Adult, and Detox / Rehab population and is located in Orem, Utah.

DIECTOR OF QUALITY & ACCREDITATION :
- This position is Full time Day shift, hours per weekThis is an In-Person Position
- Enters admitting and discharge diagnoses codes in AS system
- Assembling and analyzing inpatient medical records
Job Qualification and Requirements :
- Associates Degree in Nursing or Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field required.
- Minimum five (5) years clinical experience in an acute psychiatric setting required.
- Minimum three (3) years management experience preferred.
