Overview
CTG is seeking to fill a Document Custodian Vault Analyst opening for our client in Buffalo, NY.
Location : Buffalo, NY-onsite
Duration : Short-term contract
Pay : $18 / hr
Receives mail and pulls and re-files documents and files on Institutional clients; updates tracking system on all associated activity.
Primary Responsibilities :
Check manifests for documents received from Institutional customers to the actual documents; determine if the document is a copy or original.
Update tracking system with documents received either manually or by an import.
Pull files / documents requested by other team members and sign them out to each individual for tracking of files; update tracking system with release information on files that have been requested by customers.
Send files / documents to the correct customer.
- Re-file files and / or documents returned to the vault; update tracking system with return information for re-instatements of any returned files from customers to support system accuracy.
- Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite.
Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
- Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
- Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Required :
- High School or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year work experience
- Proficiency with personal computers
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Good alpha / numeric skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills
Physical Requirements :
- Able to lift 30 - 50 pounds
- Able to climb on a ladder and / or stool and bend for filing
- Able to stand for long periods of time
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
