Position Overview :
We are looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead our life insurance sales team. This role involves developing sales strategies, mentoring team members, and enhancing client relationships.
Must be licensed or willing to obtain your State Insurance license.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Analyze market trends and sales data.
