Security Clearance Statement : This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Responsibilities :
- Responsible for providing scheduling, requirements analysis & tracking, administrative, data collection, brief preparation, and other similar support for Dept of Defense programs.
- Works on special projects and non-routine tasks that require a tactful self-starter who is resourceful yet willing to ask questions when necessary.
- Interacts daily with supervisor, peer groups, and customers.Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in a Business, Management, or Science related field from a regionally accredited University* Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other Office products.
i.e. Outlook, MS Word, Power Point, and MS Excel) Must have at least 4 years of relevant experience.* Must be a US Citizen* Must possess an active or have the ability to get a DoD Secret clearance.Intangible Attributes :
- Must be capable of multi-tasking and working several complex and diverse tasks with simultaneous or near simultaneous deadlines in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
- Real attention to detail and maintaining a very professional demeanor is very important.* Candidate must also be CONSCIENTIOUS (first and foremost), tactful, well-organized, punctual, reliable, and capable of managing resources and schedules which affect deadlines.Bonus Points :
