Responsibilities :
- Lead technical and commercial discussions at target customers
- Proposal Preparation : Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to create persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to each customer's specific requirements.
- Work closely with other Freudenberg business units, marketing and R&D to develop customer-centric solutions
- Initiate sales calls and organize visits to potential clients and end users
- Identify key decision makers in the buying process
- Investigate market trends, new technologies and competitors’ activities
- Be an enthusiastic ambassador for sustainability and green energy by working collaboratively with customers to grow their business
- Provide detailed sales forecasts as an input for Production Planning.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering field or similar technical discipline
- MBA or strong business acumen is a plus
- 2 4 years of engineering experience (product, application, testing, etc )
- 2 4 years of professional sales / account management / business development
- Experience creating solutions based on customer initiatives, while understanding the industry and the business challenges they face
- Experience in project management according to APQP guidelines (IATF 16949) is helpful
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and confidently present ideas
- Ability to effectively identify and qualify prospects within the target markets
- Knowledge of cabin air filtration and fuel cell components (i.e. filters, humidifiers) is helpful
