Responsible for defining and documenting vision, functional requirements and design using solution management tools and processes.
Responsibilities
- Identify market requirements for current and future solution by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to clients and non-clients
- Communicate solution strategy, plans and roadmaps.
- Manage solution roadmap and scope based on a detailed understanding of needs, requirements and resources.
- Work with engineering teams to deliver exceptional features from detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Conduct competitive analysis to determine product features and pricing. Translate customer feedback and market trends into clearly defined phased releases.
- Propose and support company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
- Partner with solution marketing to define initiatives to create demand within key market verticals and horizontal markets including trade shows, direct marketing, web marketing, and solution training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business administration, information systems or project management or related field.
- At least 5 years of solution or product management experience
- At least 3 years of health care information technology (HCIT) solution strategy or consulting work experience
- At least 3 years of Agile development work experience
