We need an individual that can perform following tasks, but not limited to at a high level :
- Create and set up job posts on hiring sites such as Indeed and Zip Recruiter.
- Review and quality candidates.
- Schedule Interview.
- Interview candidates following our guidelines to find candidates that fit our culture and align with our goals.
- Schedule drug test, and stay updated on candidates that are awaiting background checks.
- Stay engaged with candidates in order to ensure candidates arrive for training and complete the training.
- Schedule training using Amazon’s portal.
- Onboard new hires on Paycom payroll systems.
- Ensure new hires complete the onboarding process (review and sign handbook, complete training, etc.)
- Provide management with reports on status of candidates that are in various stages of the hiring process.
- Prepare training material for new hires to ensure successful first day on the job.
- Provide training to new hires on their first day.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed such as : provide performance feedback, review scorecards weekly, re-train employees who are not performing, scheduling, handling terminations, working with worker compensation insurer to get employees to return back to work, processing workers comp claims, and other administrative functions.
The primary role will be to recruit, interview, and hire candidates. Once we are fully staffed, the role will expand into additional administrative duties.
