We are seeking a full-time Research Assistant to join our Urogynecology Division located at St. Vincent Medical Center. You will work with exceptional physicians who value their team and working together to help our patients get the best possible care.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist our research coordinator in managing clinical studies. This position involves conducting clinical research studies in close collaboration with physicians and patients, identifying projects, assessing their feasibility, participating in contract negotiations and budgeting, and conducting patient testing and assessments, including some phlebotomy.
The ideal candidate should be capable of handling large amounts of data entry, staying organized, and effectively communicating within a team environment.
We welcome new graduates and prefer candidates with at least one year of experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
Remote work is available and will be determined based on the needs of the position. We are currently managing two studies and will be adding two more, so the ability to manage multiple projects is crucial.

Workdays will be Monday-Friday (32 - 40 hours). Starting pay range, based on experience : $20.22 - $27.35 per hour.

Qualifications :
- One (1) year of previous clinical research experience is required.
- Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR's) is required.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Previous Phlebotomy experience is preferred.
- CITI / IATA Certification is preferred.
- Proficient in medical terminology.
- Strong MS Office Suite, excellent phone, customer service, and typing skills
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, staff, and providers
