Title : Vice President - DHS TSA Account Lead (Salesforce / RPA / AI / ML)

Location : Hybrid in Springfield, VA

Position Description : Indev seeks a highly motivated professional to fill our Vice President DHS TSA Account Lead position, leading our Transportation Security Administration (TSA) delivery in Springfield, VA.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing and growing Salesforce delivery teams and ideally also have Microsoft Power Platform and Intelligent Automation experience.

The ideal candidate with have experience leading Agile cross-functional software development delivery teams, and deep customer relationships at the TSA.

This hybrid role includes billable work and management of Indev’s TSA account. Candidates must live in the greater DMV area for occasional onsite government work and meetings in Springfield, VA.

In this role, you will provide day-to-day management and oversight of TSA service delivery in areas such as SaaS / PaaS Implementation (specifically Salesforce and Microsoft SharePoint / PowerApps), Application / Software Development, and Intelligent Automation to include RPA (UiPath) and AI / ML.

Your Future Duties and Responsibilities :

• Be responsible and accountable for the operational delivery of our Salesforce, Microsoft and Intelligent Automation work at TSA.
• Meet regularly with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, identify risks, and facilitate resolutions with customer and direct reports.
• Provide leadership for technical solution development.
• Develop and maintain close relationships with Indev’s TSA clients.
• Communicate effectively with senior managers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Mentor practitioners to help them navigate rewarding careers.

Required Qualifications to be Successful in This Role :

• 10+ years of experience with management of Agile software development delivery teams within the Federal IT market.
• 5+ years of experience managing and delivering Salesforce delivery and implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited college, university, or academic institution in the United States.
• Deep customer relationships within the TSA.
• Domain technical expertise in Salesforce and Microsoft SharePoint / PowerApps, in addition to formal management education and experience.
• Working knowledge of Intelligent Automation including RPA and AI / ML.
• Strong leadership and business ethics.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge and be required to pass a government Public Trust background investigation.
