MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions is a global supplier of industrial metal and plastic finishing chemistries. We primarily design and manufacture chemical systems that protect and decorate surfaces.

Our high-performance functional coatings improve resistance to wear and tear, such as hard chrome plating of shock absorbers for cars or provide corrosion resistance for appliance parts.

Our decorative performance coatings apply finishes for parts in various end markets such as automotive interiors or jewelry surfaces.

As part of our broader sustainable solutions platform, we also provide both chemistry and equipment for turnkey wastewater treatment and recycle and reuse solutions.

Our industrial customer base is highly diverse and includes customers in the following end markets : appliances and electronics equipment;

automotive parts; industrial parts; plumbing goods; construction equipment and transportation equipment.

Who are we looking for ?

MacDermid Enthone is seeking an innovative, ambitious, and creative leader with a digital first mindset to help develop and execute all key creative initiatives for the organization from social and print to UX and web.

Our Creative Marketing Manager will be the epicenter of MacDermid Enthone's visual brand execution.

The ideal candidate :

• Provides guidance and leadership in brainstorming ideas and concepts
• Is a strategic thinker with customer-first mindset, ensuring creative efforts resonate with the target audience
• Possesses strong story-telling abilities across a wide-range of print and digital mediums
• Can manage and lead projects just as much as they can conceptualize and design marketing collateral

What will you be doing ?

Creative & Art Direction

• Manage creative work, including print collateral, digital, email campaigns, social media and related content
• Oversee the design layout and visual impact of brand ads for print / digital
• Develop branded materials such as corporate presentations
• Develop compelling, innovative marketing assets for the MacDermid Enthone brand and solutions
• Work alongside internal teams and agency partners to develop marketing campaigns and creative assets
• Collaborate with brand marketing manager and global marketing team on brand guidelines and visual content development
• Create tradeshow graphics to support global exhibitions and in-person events such as customer seminars
• Management of video, animation, and photography production, inclusive of location scouting, design, equipment procurement, and post-production editing

UX & Web Design

• Visual design and UX journey mapping, user flows, wireframing
• Support development of imagery / banners for Drupal website
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a plus

What competencies will you need ?

• Use Adobe Illustrator and other design software to create high-quality graphics
• Product and environmental photography (studio lighting experience a plus)
• Ability to manage and execute video production (from pre through post-production) + Adobe Premiere experience a plu s
• Ability to travel internationally to photograph and capture video on location across NA, Europe and Asia
