Job Summary :
We are seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support complex IT projects through excellent project management, financial analysis, and effective communication.
The ideal candidate will manage detailed project schedules, maintain comprehensive documentation, and collaborate closely with Project Managers and team members.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of project plans, maintaining budgets, and achieving timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist the Project Manager in maintaining project plans, budget, actions, and key risks.
Gather progress for tasks and assignments, and update project plans as necessary.
Communicate regularly with the project manager, team, and stakeholders on project status.
Ensures all project documentation is accurate and complete, adhering to PMO playbook standards.
Handle project closure by resolving open items, archiving documents, and conducting lessons learned.
Must-Have Skills :
Expertise with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Anaplan).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Domain / Industry Experience Required :
3+ years of experience supporting IT projects. Experience in a PMO environment is desired.
Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies is essential.
Certified associate in project management (CAPM) certification from PMI is preferred.
