Senior Tax Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Tax Manager to oversee tax management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage third-party providers for Sales and Use Tax, Property Tax, and Direct Taxes

Oversee the registration of business licenses with applicable states

Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns with third-party tax providers

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or CPA certification preferred

Several years of experience in tax management with expertise in federal and state tax regulations

Experience in preparing and filing complex tax returns for corporations and individuals

Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Strong background in tax planning, compliance, and audit support
