JOB SUMMARY : The Relationship Manager serves as a support person reporting to the Vice President, Strategic Client Relations, Cash Logistics.
Their primary focus is to proactively develop and foster a positive business relationship between Garda and a given number of assigned customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Working closely with the assigned Accounts. This could include but is not limited to submitting requests to open / close stores, gather missed stop data, tracking and reporting Cash Vault data, etc.
- Reporting - Proactively uncover service issues and push to the branches to gain commitment. Also, provide reports with updates to the clients.
- Tickets - Reactively addressing client issues by pushing them to the branches and following up until resolved.
- Participating on Daily, Weekly, or Monthly review calls.
- Preparing Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations.
- Creating and enforcing plans that will help meet the needs of customers.
- Building long-term relationships with clients and customers.
- Working quickly to address and resolve customer issues.
- Notifying the Sales team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities.
- Encouraging high sales and good customer service practices.
- Helping to promote and maintain a positive company image.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :
Candidates must meet the company's hiring criteria. Extensive pre-employment background checks are required. Drug tests and other testing may be required.
- Background in Cash Vault Services (CVS) or related experience is preferred.
- Minimum two years of customer service experience is preferred.
- Skilled in being intuitive to customers' needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly.
- Ability to work well with others and lead a team.
- Comfortable working with math and numbers.
- Must have good attention to detail and be well organized.
- Must be self-motivated, flexible, and able to manage several jobs at one time.
