A National leader in the custom home building industry, is looking for a General Operations Manager in Bowling Green, KY.
An ideal candidate must possess a strong work ethic, incredible customer service & community activity, and knowledge of custom residential construction.
The selected candidate will be familiar with the Bowling Green, KY area & know the local vendors / subs / etc to truly lead the company's operations.
This company is looking for the right person with high energy and strong leadership that will constantly be driving the Production & Sales processes.
Here is the breakdown of their approach to managing all aspects of the branch operations, sales & production for our office clientele & staff.
Responsibilities :
- Sales Background & knowledge with New Home Sales
- Proven Production Experience on Custom New Home Construction
- Management Experience with P&L / Financials & Staff Leadership
- Community involvement and excellent customer service & communication
- Lead by example management style
