Job Description : We are seeking passionate and experienced Restaurant Managers to join our team at Tavistock Restaurant Collection in Lake Nona.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading our dedicated staff to deliver outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Drive sales and profitability through effective cost control and revenue management.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings and promotions.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including budgeting and financial management.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not required.
