Help At Home LLC owns and operates several Residential Care Homes around Georgia and the Personal Care Aides (PCA) provide support in caring for residents under the direction of the Administrator.
Care includes providing personal support (assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting), providing assistance with self-medication, taking and recording vital signs, providing emotional and social support to residents.
Other duties may include some housekeeping, meal preparation, and escorting residents to appointments.
We hope you will consider being a part of our team as a Personal Care Aid and Cook . *This position will primarily be dietary duties, but will also supervise residents during meal times and provide assistance as needed.*
Cooks provides support in meal planning and menu development, raw food and supply orders, and cleaning the kitchen and dining areas to ensure both are sanitary and meet regulatory standards at all times.
If you have experience working in a school cafeteria, restaurant, or nursing home, this position may be a good fit for you.
This position is in Pooler, Georgia.
Qualifications :
- Experience working with the elderly and / or disabled is desired;
- Current TB Screening and Health Physical;
- CPR / First Aid certification a plus;
- ServSafe certification a plus, but not required.
