A company is looking for a Sales Manager - Transformers / EBOS to lead market expansion efforts and build client relationships in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue by identifying and securing new business opportunities with transformer OEMs, utilities, and EPCs
Define annual sales plans and lead cross-border sales initiatives to align strategies between the U.S. and global manufacturing hubs
Cultivate relationships with VP-level executives and represent the company at industry events
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field
8+ years of sales experience in the transformer or heavy electrical equipment sector
Strong background in selling to transformer OEMs, EPCs, or utilities
Demonstrated success in complex solution selling and technical proposal development
Deep knowledge of U.S. grid modernization programs and renewable integration
