Principal AI Scientist

Salary : $150,000 - $250,000 + Bonus + Equity DOE

Location : Remote USA

We are an innovative AI solutions startup at the forefront of developing cutting-edge and award winning technology. This role offers a chance to play a pivotal part in shaping Computer Vision strategy and team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage AI research projects from conception to deployment.
• Develop and optimize advanced algorithms in computer vision and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
• Design and implement AI solutions that address specific business needs and challenges.
• Conduct experiments and analyze data to validate models and improve performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing products.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, particularly in visual generative AI and deepfake detection.
• Mentor junior scientists and contribute to the development of the AI team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in AI research and development, with a focus on computer vision and generative models.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with GANs and visual generative AI.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proven track record of publications in top-tier conferences or journals.
