Bilingual Recruiter (English / Spanish)

We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist (English / Spanish) with a focus on recruiting blue-collar production workers.

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and selecting top talent to drive our organization's expansion.

Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and in collaboration with our operational teams, you will ensure that every new hire aligns seamlessly with our company's values, culture, and specific job requirements.

This role is onsite in McMinnville, Oregon.

Bilingual Recruiter (English / Spanish) Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to devise and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored for blue-collar production roles.
  • Utilize reasoning and personality assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for various positions.
  • Work closely with operations to comprehend staffing needs and address recruitment challenges.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify candidates who best fit our production team requirements.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to fulfill current and future staffing needs.
  • Participate actively in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives to attract potential talent.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive candidate experience that reflects our organizational values.

Bilingual Recruiter (English / Spanish) Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in recruiting blue-collar production workers.
  • Proficiency in administering and interpreting reasoning and personality tests.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on securing high-quality hires.
  • Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Dedication to promoting diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).

Salary : $55,000-$65,000 / year. (DOE)
