Bilingual Manufacturing Recruitment Specialist (English / Spanish)

Responsibilities of the Bilingual Manufacturing Recruitment Specialist
- Manage end-to-end recruiting process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, onboarding).
- Collaborate with TA leaders to define needs and develop effective recruiting strategies for hiring quality production workers.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing and future staffing requirements.
- Administer and interpret personality tests to evaluate candidates' suitability for roles.
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to attract potential talent.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
Bilingual Manufacturing Recruitment Specialist Qualifications
- Bilingual in English / Spanish required.
- 2 years of experience as a recruiter specializing in blue-collar production worker recruiting.
- Familiarity with modern recruitment tools, technologies, and best practices (including DEI).
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Organized with strong time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
Salary : $55k-$65k (DOE)
