BCT is actively seeking a skilled Senior IT Data Manager with expertise in designing, developing and supporting data and reporting solutions for a direct hire opportunity in Dallas Texas.
This is a hybrid position, 3 days on-site. No sponsorship offered and NOT open to C2C candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS :
- Over 10 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting data and reporting solutions.
- More than 5 years managing data warehouse, reporting, and integration teams.
- Strong understanding of RDBMS, data warehousing, and data modeling concepts.
- Proficient in SQL with experience in databases like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or DB2.
- Experienced in using relational databases, writing complex queries in T-SQL and PL / SQL, and understanding underlying data structures.
- Skilled in building data pipelines and implementing near real-time integration technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric for data ingestion, transformation, and analytics.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based data platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
- Experienced in studying data sources through user interviews, and defining, analyzing, and validating data objects and their relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Directly manage and develop a team, including Business Intelligence Leads, Developers, and Architects. (on-shore / off-shore)
- Oversee the design, development, and support of high-quality data, analytics, reporting, and integration solutions using Microsoft'
s BI Platform : SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, SharePoint, and BI / data visualization tools.
- Establish and enforce standards for data warehouse, analytics, and ETL systems.
- Work closely with stakeholders and business leaders to gather requirements, prioritize projects, and outline team plans.
- Ensure that configurations, system features, and documentation are properly maintained.
