- System Maintenance : You'll address terminal operating system data and program issues, adjust configurations, and ensure seamless system performance.
- User Training : You'll conduct training sessions for various modules, empowering team members to maximize system efficiency.
- Troubleshooting : You'll assist customers with link support, Evermail e-mail issues, and data inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution.
