WHAT YOU'LL DO :

  • Daily Operational Support : You'll be the go-to person for daily operational support and assistance, ensuring the smooth functioning of the department.
  • System Maintenance : You'll address terminal operating system data and program issues, adjust configurations, and ensure seamless system performance.
  • User Training : You'll conduct training sessions for various modules, empowering team members to maximize system efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting : You'll assist customers with link support, Evermail e-mail issues, and data inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • System Optimization : You'll analyze systems to optimize performance, collaborate with users to enhance procedures, and coordinate emergency responses for critical system failures.
  • Collaboration : You'll work closely with developers, gather program requirements, review logic, propose UI / UX enhancements, and oversee program testing before implementation.
  • Reporting : You'll provide regular project status updates to management, advise on potential program changes, and liaise with vendors for software integration issues.
  • Resource Management : You will also participate in the management, and scheduling of resources, based on operational needs, ensure hardware inventory management, and prioritize downtime for updates and maintenance.

WHAT YOU BRING :

  • Strong technical expertise in terminal operating systems and related systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across departments.
  • Prior experience in program testing, system optimization, and vendor management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
