Senior Manager, Products and Technology (Multiple Positions), PwC Product Sales LLC, Tampa, FL. Support clients in harnessing the appropriate technology solutions to address their challenges, facilitating the acceleration of process improvements that optimize their investments and drive impactful business results and innovation.
Collaborate closely with a high-performing team of accomplished technologists, data scientists, product managers, and business strategists, to leverage technology and catalyze transformative shifts.
Activate and implement existing products for clients in order to ensure the customer is able to increase and sustain the use of those products in ways that continue to generate meaningful value for the clients.
Manage and help solve complex business issues across the product development lifecycle from strategy to execution. Supervise and coach teams.
40 hrs / week, Mon-Fri, 8 : 30 - 5 : 30
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, or a related field, plus 6 years of related work experience, of which at least 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following :
- Overseeing and managing end-to-end activation processes for clients on a specific product using data ETL tools, SQL and / or Alteryx;
- Analyzing, training, onboarding, and supporting outcomes to help identify ways to streamline internal processes, optimize customers touchpoints and recommend possible improvements to the technology platform;
- Leveraging key systems and tools, such as Support Central, Salesforce, Concourse, Aha, Product Central, and / or Gainsight, to execute tasks efficiently and provide suggestions for tool enhancements; and
- Developing comprehensive product documentation, encompassing Getting Started Guides, User Guides, Configuration Guides, API Reference Documents, Release Notes, Communication Templates, Best Practices Documents, Activation Process Maps and Templates, and / or Product Training Flow, to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Travel requirement(s) : Domestic and / or international travel up to 80% required.
