A day in the life.

As our Content and Project Manager Assistant on the Business Insurance team, you'll work closely with our national Risk, Industry, and Claim Practice leaders and will be responsible for supporting a variety of interesting projects.

The range of project examples include :

  • The migration of our national intranet content from Salesforce to our new SharePoint platform.
  • Ongoing maintenance of existing and support for new content in SharePoint.
  • Support all aspects of internal communications including monthly newsletters, multiple Microsoft Team collaboration groups / channels, maintaining various distribution lists, and creating presentation materials that can be utilized in regional and national meetings.
  • Develop and deliver virtual training programs for employees to ensure they have proficiency in navigating our national platforms and resources.
  • Analyze content and communication usage statistics, gather suggestions for improvements and efficiencies from our regional leaders, and provide recommendations to drive engagement.
  • Event planning for internal meetings (booking hotel blocks, arranging meal catering and restaurant reservations, and working with meeting attendees pre- and post-event).
  • Post-external webinar outreach to sales teams regarding client / prospect attendance, supporting lead generation activities.
  • Schedule regularly held and recurring national virtual meetings in Zoom.
  • As needed, minimal travel to attend in-person meetings.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience in the insurance industry).
  • Strong Microsoft skill set including SharePoint, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-starter with ability to juggle multiple priorities with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization, including a deep commitment to client satisfaction and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply :

  • Proficiency in use of Pardot marketing automation tool in Salesforce for internal communications.
  • Experience working in Smartsheet for collaboration and project management.
  • Adobe Photoshop / Graphic Design to ensure all content and presentations are professional and on-brand.
  • Basic property and casualty insurance knowledge.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $ 54,900-87,800. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.

Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
