The Jail Diversion Outreach Team (JDOT) provides individualized clinical treatment for underserved adults with a wide range of mental health diagnoses.
As a JDOT therapist, you will be the clinical heart of a comprehensive, highly skilled, and tight-knit treatment team including SSWs, case managers, nurses, and prescribers to help adults with serious mental health issues reduce recidivism and remain stable and healthy in the community.
This is a hybrid position with significant amounts of flexibility. At your clinical discretion, clients may be seen in your office, in their homes, or remotely via telehealth.
Most clients in JDOT are court-ordered to treatment, which means that there is a high level of treatment engagement.
