We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. We are looking for our next Manager, Enterprise Operations-Commercial Analytics & Process Innovation supporting the Enterprise Operations Team, in Fort Worth, TX .
As a Manager, Enterprise Operations-Commercial Analytics & Process Innovation you will be responsible for leading the contract management process, for coordinating and organizing contract requests and resolution, and for holding stakeholders accountable to following process guidelines and expectations.
This role will also support the broader Enterprise Operations organization in developing and maintaining robust Standard Operating Procedures to mitigate financial exposure, compliance risk, and provide guardrails for decision making.
In addition, the Manager will partner cross-functionally on ad hoc projects and programs to ensure operational, and analytics subject matter expertise shape our strategies, including, but not limited to, new product introductions and brand initiatives.
In this role, a typical day will include :
- Collaborate with cross functional partners to lead and improve key business processes and procedures.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process efficiencies & resource optimization.
- Provide advanced analytics support to select commercial projects and processes.
- Lead enterprise contract management. Including, but not limited to : Coordinate bi-weekly meetings to review & approve Strategic Account pricing & program contract requests.
Manage contract execution through DocuSignPartner with strategic accounts & legal on contract renewal & administration in the iCertis system
Provide operational and execution support to key new product / brand initiatives.
What you’ll bring to Alcon :
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs.; Assoc.+9 yrs.; M.S.+2 yrs.; PhD+0 yrs.)
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- 5 Years of Relevant Experience
Preferred Skills and Experiences :
- Hands on experience with contracting, analytics, or finance highly preferred
- Optimizes work processes : Knows the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Organizational Savvy : Maneuvers comfortably through complex policy, process, and people-related organizational dynamics

- Demonstrated advanced excel skills and experience using Alteryx, Tableau, and similar data blending & visualization tools
