$85,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities :
- Consult with buyers and sellers to determine needs
- A sales-driven agent that can prospect leads, convert leads into sales, and likes promoting and booking their own business
- Oversee the entire process to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Have local knowledge of the communities and market conditions to answer client questions.
- Work your SOI to generate listing opportunities
Qualifications :
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and networking skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Good organization and time management skills
- Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
