Your new company Hays are delighted to be working with a fantastic start up in the data technology field to recruit a highly skilled and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join their Marketing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive demand for their products in the market.
The Product Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure their products meet the needs of our target audiences across Academia, Fintech, Financial Institutions, Government, and the public sector.
This role reports to the Head of Marketing and Communications. Your new role Key Responsibilities : - Conduct market analysis in collaboration with Product Management teams to define market problems and understand buyer behaviour and need.
- Articulate the target segments within the target market, carry out research to understand how users want to receive and use our products and services.
- Work with the Product Teams to perform an objective analysis of the potential market opportunity.- Formulate an in-depth understanding of problems by segment and persona, through extensive market research.
- Articulate the strategies and programs that will generate awareness and leads for our products and services.- Align our selling process to the buying process, working with the sales and market engagement teams.
- Provide market and solution information to support internal and external marketing programs. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role you will have : - Relevant marketing degree and experienced B2B product marketeer- Success in an enterprise tech start-up or scale-up- Ability to apply market insights and intelligence to create measurable business impacts- Proven ability to transform technical features and concepts into product positioning, messaging frameworks, and content themes- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Highly adaptable and able to work autonomously under pressure and with conflicting and changing priorities- Self-motivated, proactive, and always up to date with the latest product marketing thought leadership, techniques, and trends- Personable approach with the ability to develop positive working relationships at all levels within an organisation- Ability to deal with ambiguity and react quickly in an evolving and fast-paced environment What you'll get in return In return for your hard work and dedication you wil receive :
