Position : Marketing Director

Schedule : Full-Time (4-5 days per week)

Office Hours : Monday- Thursday 8a 5p and Friday 7a- 3 : 30p

Location : On-Site (Offices in Rocklin and Citrus Heights, CA)

Our fun and friendly dental offices are seeking a strategic, motivated, and outgoing Marketing Director to enhance our growth strategy and marketing goals / initiatives.

The Marketing Director’s responsibilities will include producing promotional events and materials, creating content for social media, brainstorming ways to attract patient involvement in various company offerings, and ensuring rewarding experiences for patients and staff alike.

Our ideal candidate can interpret patient behavior and suggest creative ways to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Qualifications :

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knack for creating aesthetically pleasing and engaging content
• Excellent interpersonal skills for representing company on-site, in public, and online
• Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously
• Experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
• Able to identify and analyze market trends and adapt marketing strategy accordingly
• Insights into Google's role in acquiring new patients
• Adept in SEO strategies
• Extensive knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools including social media platforms and task management systems
• Go getter mentality / takes initiative
• Outgoing and communicative
• 2+ years of marketing experience
• Higher education in marketing, communications, social sciences, or related field preferred

Responsibilities Include :

• Conceive and implement ideas on how to recognize and engage with our staff and patients. Enhance the FUN in our practices!
• Produce, edit, and proof digital content, including for social media, according to a content schedule
• Collaborate routinely with internal leadership and staff to ensure projects are fully planned and executed
• Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing KPIs and present to management
• Coordinate internal and external outreach for company services, philanthropy, events, reward systems, and referrals
• Organize photo and video shoots highlighting the company’s efforts in employee engagement and community outreach
• Contribute to a welcoming environment for staff and patients through positive interactions
• Ensure office presentation is clean, engaging, and welcoming (utilizing seasonal décor, prizes, marketing materials, whiteboards, flyers, etc.)
• Identify areas of opportunity considering patient trends and industry landscape and adapt marketing strategy accordingly
• Assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies based on new patient acquisition and adjust strategies as needed
• Optimize website functionality and track visitor engagement through click monitoring and site traffic analysis
• Drive to various locations within the Greater Sacramento Area to disperse marketing materials
• Monitor and engage in all established online platforms (review forums, social media, etc.). Respond to / engage with patients and bring to management’s attention as needed.
• Directs small team of in-office staff members
• Maintain and promote calendar of events and celebrations to boost employee and patient engagement in collaboration with HR and designated staff (birthdays, anniversaries, special events, tours, etc.)

Physical Requirements :

• Prolonged periods of standing, leaning, bending, and reaching
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
• Dexterity of arms, hands, and fingers
• Excellent visual and hearing acuity
