Key Points of the role :
Overview : We are seeking a Sr. Architect, HR Digital Solutions for our global, premier client. The candidate will design, develop, and implement solutions to drive digital transformation and innovation in HR and Shared Services processes.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
10+ years in a Digital Technology Systems role with extensive HR / Shared Services technology integration experience.
Leadership in analyzing, implementing, and optimizing HR & Shared Services systems.
Strong knowledge of technologies must have ideally havd design and document solution architecture, covering integration, security, scalability, and performance.
UKG Kronos, and ADP / ServiceNow / HRSD & CSM on a global scale
Experience with Workday and Saviynt, particularly in integrations.
Proven track record in global transformations and digital workflows, RPA, OCR, and Power Apps.
Experience in a global and matrixed environment.
Strategic, analytical, and project management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to travel.
Responsibilities : Solution Architecture :
Optimize technology solutions for business functions.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Design and document solution architecture, covering integration, security, scalability, and performance.
Ensure solutions are developed according to specifications.
Review and approve detailed solution design artifacts.
Test and validate solutions to meet quality standards.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
Collaborate with digital partners and stakeholders.
Stay updated on latest technologies and trends.
System Analysis and Integration :
Analyze systems and processes for improvement opportunities.
Integrate disparate systems for seamless information flow.
Design and implement systems and reporting for enhanced efficiency and data integrity.
Project Management :
Lead or participate in digital technology projects from conception to implementation.
Coordinate teams, manage budgets, and ensure project goals are met.
Prioritize software initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
Technology Solution Evaluation and Value :
Research, evaluate, and recommend digital technologies for finance efficiency.
Oversee functional solution development ensuring scalability and sustainability.
Work with managers to prioritize system enhancements based on value.
Portfolio Assessment and Analysis :
Assess business software applications for performance and alignment with goals.
Training and Support :
Develop training materials and conduct sessions for new systems and technologies.
Provide ongoing support and updates.
Mentor junior analysts and team members.
Risk Management and Compliance :
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
