Expected salary range of $70,200 to $78,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

This position will oversee all current and future marketing developments for PowerLabs products and services. This position will be responsible for supporting the marketing and sales team in the business unit's day-to-day business development activities.

This position will coordinate and track marketing initiatives, support a collaborative effort with other specialists and section managers to prepare and deliver sound proposals for our clients.

This position will work with the sales team throughout the sales cycle, as well as plan and coordinate with the marketing team company appearances at industry trade shows and other public settings.

This position will be responsible to maintain a competitive presence in all marketing channels. This position will coordinate the integration of clients, including entry into the PowerLabs Work Management System and communicating the process to the business unit stakeholders.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Maintain up to date content on all the company's website and other marketing platforms. Update and maintain all blogs.

Drive SEO for the website and all digital content. Create and develop landing pages. Manage website including design aesthetics.

  • Create and design all sales and marketing materials using Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator including flyers, brochures, logos, plaques, geo-fence ads, magazine ads, etc.
  • Maintain and manage social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook Create content and visuals for postings Monitor online traffic visibility through Google Analytics
  • Surveys : Create and send out surveys to both external and internal customers monthly, as well as send out employee surveys
  • Quarterly Newsletters and Blogging : Coordinate with sales team and engineers on content, research, draft newsletter content and create in Photoshop Write and create monthly blogs containing specialized keywords to optimize our website's SEO (search engine optimization) while also establishing credibility / knowledge in our industry
  • Create video content including : draft and develop script, perform voice over work, incorporate videos and sound clips together, add text into videos, produce video
  • Coordinate PowerLabs events, including outside tradeshow events throughout the year, ordering booths and registrations, reserving hotels, ordering swag with PowerLabs logos, preparing materials, proofing presentations, writing content submissions and shipping tradeshow equipment to and from events
  • Develop PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns through a variety of channels including Search Marketing - Bing and Google Ads using text ads Display Advertising Facebook, LinkedIn Create landing pages and content for each individual campaign to enhance user experience.
  • Develop New Marketing Tactics and Promotions. Continuously look for new marketing opportunities to generate more traffic and visibility to PowerLabs Market New Products, Services and Industries.

Research new products, services, industries. Research competitors in similar markets. Create content for new products, services.

Create new website pages. Develop campaigns to promote new services.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or technical field of study or high school degree and 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated excellent oral, interpersonal and written communication skills along with strong organizational skills
  • Strong customer focus demonstrated by understanding of current and potential customer needs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of M&TE calibrations, radiation protection equipment calibration, metallurgical and mechanical / electrical testing, processes and failure analysis.
