Sales Support Representative

A company is looking for a Sales Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming requests, inquiries, and orders from customers and field Sales

Develop price quotes and process orders, changes, and returns according to procedures

Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve customer issues promptly and thoroughly

Required Qualifications

Associate degree in a related field or 2 years of related education / experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred

2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or other relevant experience required

Strong business math skills and ability to read and interpret data and reports

Proficient in MS Office and Google applications, as well as database systems

Ability to work independently and as part of a team while adapting to changing requirements
