We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to lead the development and growth of our emerging brands. This role is critical in driving operational strategy, ensuring seamless execution, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for operational leadership, supply chain management, team development, and ensuring customer satisfaction, while also executing strategic plans that align with the company’s vision.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Brand Development and Go-to-Market Strategy :

  • Lead the growth and market entry of new brands, working closely with marketing and product teams on brand positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Generate business through innovative sales strategies and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
  • Organize and facilitate interdepartmental meetings to align on brand development goals, sales strategies, and market approaches.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between the operations, marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution of strategies.
  • Host regular interdepartmental meetings to foster communication and alignment on business objectives, timelines, and project deliverables.
  • Work closely with the marketing team on promotional activities, content creation, and digital marketing strategies to boost brand presence.

Sales and Business Development

  • Support the sales team by aligning operational functions with sales goals, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and customer experience.
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop sales forecasts, performance metrics, and lead-generation initiatives for each brand.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, vendors, and stakeholders to expand sales opportunities.

Process and Operations Development

  • Create and implement end-to-end operational processes for each brand, from product sourcing and inventory management to customer delivery.
  • Establish standardized procedures for product development, quality assurance, and supply chain management to scale operations effectively.
  • Identify areas for improvement in operational workflows, implementing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Project Management :

  • Lead cross-functional projects, allocating resources and managing timelines to deliver key objectives on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on demo rooms, influencer partnerships, and affiliate programs to support brand marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping logistics, and process optimization for international shipments.

Customer Services & Technical Support Management

  • Oversee the Customer Service (CS) and Technical Support (TS) teams, ensuring they are well-trained in product knowledge and customer interaction.
  • Manage the CRM ticketing system for tracking and resolving customer issues.
  • Optimize customer connection rates and ensure high-quality service.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive dashboard to track departmental metrics.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for emerging brands, including sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze operational and market data to drive continuous improvement and inform business decisions.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of go-to-market strategies and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

Process Optimization

  • Implement strategies to streamline operations and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Collaborate with different departments, including product development, warehouse, and marketing, to improve interdepartmental coordination.

Product Lifecycle Management

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from inventory management to international shipment logistics.
  • Ensure timely transfers between warehouses and the smooth delivery of products to customers.

Product Lifecycle and Supply Chain Management

  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from procurement and inventory management to warehousing and delivery.
  • Oversee international shipments, particularly container imports from overseas, ensuring timely and cost-effective logistics.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to improve product availability and optimize shipping costs.

Financial Management and Budgeting

  • Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring alignment with overall company financial goals.
  • Monitor expenses, analyze financial performance, and identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to forecast financial projections and allocate resources effectively.

ERP & Warehouse Management

  • Use ERP systems for efficient inventory tracking, replenishment, and product management.
  • Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring optimal organization and flow of products.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to manage demo rooms, affiliate programs, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) for order fulfillment.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Develop and manage dashboards for CS, TS, marketing, and repairs to provide data insights.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize operations and contribute to decision-making processes.

Qualification and Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of management experience, preferably in E-commerce, product operations, or a related industry.
  • Strong track record in project management, brand development, and business growth strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, ERP systems, and tools like Tableau or similar dashboard management software.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with international stakeholders.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin (required).
