Please note : this is a remote opportunity with expectations to cover the United States. It requires the ability to travel up to 50% of the time, as required.

Being located near a major airport is recommended.

So, what’s the job?

  • You'll develop and manage a pipeline for new business accounts across all travel verticals in the United States, driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
  • You'll identify, negotiate, and onboard key partnerships, focusing on long-term opportunities with significant revenue potential.
  • You'll collaborate closely with sales leaders to execute sales development plans and identify market opportunities through thorough research.
  • You'll work across departments marketing, product development, IT, and finance to align sales initiatives and optimize partner transactions.
  • You'll act as a brand ambassador, communicating the value of travel insurance while monitoring industry trends and serving as a thought leader in North America & Global markets.

And what are we looking for?

  • You'll have 5-7 years of proven sales experience, with a strong track record in prospecting, closing, and exceeding financial targets.
  • You’ll have travel insurance experience and past and present relationships with distribution partners in the leisure travel industry.
  • You’ll have B2B sales experience with the ability to remain persistent, assertive and outgoing in all business activities.
  • You'll have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and demonstrated creative thinking to develop innovative solutions to business challenges.
  • You'll have effectively managed both long-term strategic goals and short-term priorities while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • You'll have excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with executive-level presentation abilities to engage decision-makers at all organizational levels.
  • You'll have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while being tech-savvy with Microsoft products and applications.
