As a Supply Chain Process Analyst , you are a key member of the supply chain planning team. This role leads and manages process improvement projects across business value streams, and contributes to cost saving and optimal process efficiency and accuracy.

This role requires excellent analytical and reporting skills to leverage Infor LN-generated reports, Excel-compiled data downloads, and Power BI platforms as examples.

This role reports to the Global Planning Manager.

In this role you will :

Lead weekly process improvement meetings,

Manage supply chain focused (P2P, Sourcing, and Logistics) improvement projects and foster cross-functional alignment,

Track cost-saving initiatives and reporting targeted activities to increase profit from global and cross-business streams,

Use Power BI and Tableau tools to compile data insights for transparency to drive decision-making,

Perform robust data analysis of inventory flow modeling and drive improvement projects across business functions and value streams.

Map material flow to drive calculations. Monitor and analyze the optimal stock level to meet inventory needs

Develop the means to measure process performance across the supply chain functions,

Help develop process improvement roadmaps

Forward systematically all relevant Supply Chain related project information (e.g., updated contractual conditions, Supplier Management data) to keep all project participants up to date.

Expectations :

The incumbent must meet these requirements :

4-year college degree

5 years' experience in procurement / purchasing, logistics, supply chain or related field

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, focus on Excel

Strong communication and leadership skills

Experience in ERP report transactions

Occasional travel required

Preferred Knowledge / Skills, Education, and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in the supply chain, logistics, engineering or a similar field

Six Sigma Green Belt certification

Mid-Level Experience in Power BI and / or Tableau

Exposure to Info LN

Position is located in Houston, TX. Relocation will not be offered for candidates interested in this role.
