SUMMARY
Lead a team of Subject Matter Experts to facilitate the full deployment of the Alliant One Platform. Responsible for Client Loss Information and develop tools using that data.
This position will include but is not limited to Loss Ratio Analysis, Comparison of Actual Losses versus Expected, Pricing, Benchmarking, Rate Change Calculation, and Overall Risk Management Evaluation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with Brokerage Teams to determine add on tools and enhancements needed within the Alliant One platform, then design and facilitate the production of those tools within the platform.
- Serves as internal subject matter expert on the reporting tools and metrics employed, ensuring that reporting in an integral part of business development and client services.
- Facilitate various training to the staff and provide presentations to clients.
- Design and manager client loss run reporting for business uses.
- Collaborate with Brokerage Teams across Alliant organization to design necessary Risk Management tools for use in evaluating client information.
- Design, build and automate Loss Ratio Performance Reports at Client Level for Brokerage use within Fingertip Analytics Tool.
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of reports on an ongoing basis.
- Creates and monitors client key performance indicators to assess performance and identify opportunities for client engagement.
Recommends new standard metrics when applicable.
- Provides recruitment and overall management support for all functions of the data management team.
- Travel as needed to meet with clients, brokerage teams and Actuarial and Analytic peers.
- Perform all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the company operates.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Fifteen (15) or more years of experience in actuarial or analytics
experience within Commercial Property Casualty industry
Valid Insurance License Required
