Here at Mechanical Services, our technicians are expected to fulfill the following job duties :
Be able to competently and efficiently diagnose and repair HVAC mechanical systems, including but not limited to, the following : Rooftop system ranging from 1.
5-50+ tons, split systems, VRF, VAV, ductless, and controls for said systems. There will always be a manager to back up and help diagnose but only when needed.
If any additional tools or resources are needed to perform a job, you are to reach out to management to gain approval for said tools or resources before purchasing.
- All technicians are expected to be able to acclimatize their bodies to different environmental temperature conditions.
- All technicians must be able to bend, twist, and be physically able to perform needed tasks in the field. All technicians must be physically able to lift to 50 lbs.
