Job Summary

General Manager Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day operations as a General Manager for this busy , upscale, very polished concept
- Hire, train, and develop staff
- Take disciplinary actions as needed
- Ensure consistent quality of food, drinks, and overall guest experience as the Assistant General Manager
General Manager Requirements :
- Winning personality
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- At least 5 years of management experience in a high-volume, upscale to fine dining, Hotel / Restaurant / Dining Club environment
- Strong motivation and great work ethic
- Great tenure demonstrated progress at prior jobs
