Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, develop, coach, and manage a high-performance sales team focused on new customer acquisitionConsistently exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas while providing accurate forecasting and performance metricsCollaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve sales targetsRequired Qualifications5+ years of successful experience managing sales teams selling enterprise software or SaaS solutionsWorking knowledge of Financial Planning and Analysis and / or Accounting standardsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cyclesExperience with CRM systems, specifically SalesforceStrong analytical skills and ability to deliver accurate sales forecasts
