We’re currently looking for a Rockstar Solution Architect to help customers implement and customize Walmart’s Supply Chain software to meet their complex and unique needs.

In this role, you’ll become an expert in Walmart GoLocal product, and you’ll work closely with enterprise customers on complex projects to scope, design, implement, and launch the solution.

In all stages on an enterprise client life-cycle.

A successful Solutions Consultant will help our Sales team get clients to Yes but also set them up for success with a solution design that minimizes custom work and effort both for the client and GoLocal launch teams, while meeting or exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Advisor to our customers with a mix of credible platform expertise across our product portfolio and a comprehensive understanding for the customer’s industry, enterprise technology landscape, and customer engagement.
• Partner with our sales teams to understand potential clients’ needs and ensure we have a plan to onboard them as quickly, easily as possible with a client first mentality.
• Lead integrations with customers by serving as the primary technical point of contact and provide technical thought-leadership ensuring a scalable solution.
• Support Sales and Business Development team to present the product capabilities and lead technical discussion with potential and existing enterprise clients.
• Drive conversations with our customer’s technical and business partners with empathy and understanding for personalities and situations.

Use influence and adaptive communication strategies to achieve optimal customer outcomes.

Orchestrate the resolution of program issues and ensure that customer solutions are aligned to product roadmaps through collaboration with strategy, sales, and customer success teams.

Troubleshoot and drive resolution of key customer architectural and implementation issues / delays.

• Work with Product and Engineering teams to design, prioritize and implement new features when needed to ensure that the features developed will meet the needs of customers.
• Review and co-create existing / new project / program direction, approach, using key technical and governance artefacts to keep programs on track and solutions extendable, scalable, and maintainable.

Be hands-on as necessary through technical proof of concepts to bridge architecture design to delivery.

Continue to provide thought leadership to internal technical account teams through multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on delivery leadership to influence standards for development, governance, and operational life cycle.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of experience working with external clients (enterprise and small businesses)
• Previous experience integrating and building ecommerce or retail point-of-sales systems is a plus (Adobe Magento, Salesforce Demandware, Shopify, Square etc.)
• Bachelors degree with 9+ years of experience OR Masters degree with 8+ years of experience
• Experience successfully launching and integrating enterprise SaaS software
• Deep knowledge of implementing APIs, hands-on in test environments, product implementation, and integrations
• Deep understanding of current developer needs and the opportunities necessary to build delightful onboarding and app-development experiences
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly distill substance and convey complex points concisely
• Experience in functional requirement gathering and scoping of software projects with large customers
• Technical knowledge and skills related to software solutions (SaaS environment)
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10649 : The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848 : The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401 : The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1 : Bachelor's degree in computer science, management, information systems, mathematics, business, or related area and 4 years' experience in software engineering, consulting, DevOps, or related area.

Option 2 : 6 years' experience in software engineering, consulting, DevOps, or related area

Preferred Qualifications...

Master's degree in Computer Science, Management, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business, or related area and 2 years' experience in enterprise design, implementation, or consulting.

Prior work experience in the technical integrations between SAP, Workday, etc. and third-party applications., Prior work experience using technology packages such as SAP, Workday, Infor, and Coupa based on business requirements.

Prior work experience writing functional specifications and test scripts., We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.

2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
