Our international technology company is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a three-month contract with the possibility of extension or permanency.
In this role you will take a lead role in a fast-paced and dynamic business.
The AR Specialist’s duties will include :
- Managing AR collections and payments including invoice preparation
- Negotiating and motivate customer payments
- Reviewing Statements of Work and Purchase Orders to ensure billings align with agreements and contracts
- Reviewing invoices for accuracy.
- Populating customer-facing portals with invoices and other billing information.
- Resolving invoicing-related discrepancies in invoicing
- Other duties in support of collections as required
