Who we are looking for :

Job Description :

As a Videographer and Editor, you will play a crucial role in producing and editing video content that aligns with Passport's clients and internal vision and goals.

This role requires a creative individual who is both technically skilled and artistically driven, with experience in all stages of video production, from concept to final delivery.

What you'll do :

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Plan, shoot, and direct video content, ensuring high-quality visuals and audio.
  • Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos that tell a compelling story, incorporating graphics, special effects, music, and sound effects as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and new video production techniques to ensure content is innovative and current.
  • Assist in the organization and archiving of video assets for future use.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as creative, strategy, production, account and project management, to ensure video content supports overall company goals.
  • Be responsible for your own allocated projects and work with the account team to meet deadlines and the brief.
  • Present work to internal and external audiences.
  • Ensure all video content aligns with the company's brand identity and messaging.
  • Mentor junior members of the team, advise across departments and support the Passport culture.

Who you are / What you'll need :

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in video production and editing, preferably in a mid-level or similar role.
  • Highly proficient in cinematography (experience shooting with RED a plus), editing, sound recording and design, color grading, motion graphics, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Da Vinci Resolve (a plus), 3D knowledge (a plus).
  • Motivated, flexible, team player personality with creative and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting techniques, and sound recording.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • A portfolio or demo reel showcasing your videography and editing work.
