Compensation and Benefits

Anticipated Hiring Salary : $5,467.67 per month

This is a full-time, exempt position.

Positions at Fresno State are to perform their work onsite. Some positions, depending upon University needs and operations, may be eligible for remote work, one day per week, pursuant to Fresno State's remote work guidelines and the CSU policy.

Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to support the various operations of the volleyball program. This will include but may not be limited to :

• Operational and administrative coordination in the areas of team travel / logistics
• Business operations and budget functions
• Facilities scheduling - both at our home venue and when traveling to away venues
• Community service opportunities
• Alumni relations
• Student-athlete support
• Social media content and execution

Key Qualifications

• Knowledge of policies and procedures NCAA, Conference, University
• Travel with team throughout entire fall / spring season
• Ability to handle high pressure situations utilizing Problem solving skillsEffective and efficient organizational skillsMulti-tasking abilitiesEffective communication - written, verbal and listening skills
• Maintain deadlines and manage multiple projects at once
• Knowledge of current social media platforms (. Instagram, Twitter, TikTok,

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four year institution
• Experience working in athletics : player, coach or support personnel
