Herzing University's Online Division is seeking an adjunct faculty to teach undergraduate business courses!

Required Education and Experience :

  • A terminal degree in the subject matter area is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in teaching business at the graduate level is preferred.
  • Curriculum design experience a plus.
  • Significant industry experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and inspire students in a virtual learning environment.
  • Commitment to student success and academic excellence.
  • Project management certification required to facilitate Project Management courses.
  • Analytics certification preferred to facilitate analytics courses.
  • SHRM certification preferred to facilitate HR courses.
  • Marketing certification preferred to facilitate Marketing courses.

  • Digital Literacy : Proficiency with online teaching platforms and digital tools.
  • Communication : Ability to convey complex ideas simply and effectively in a virtual setting.
  • Engagement : Skill in fostering interactive and engaging online learning environments.

  • Time Management : Effective planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks in a remote teaching setting.
  • Feedback : Ability to provide constructive feedback to enhance student learning.
