What the day will look like :
- Responsible for review of client receivables and carrier payables including identification and initiation of resolution of premium discrepancies
- Point person for internal and external contacts for policy inquiries and outstanding premium balances
- Ensure resolution requests are completed and escalate and report exceptions
- Report and describe any policy system and data input errors
- Liaison information and provide guidance to the 3rd party transaction processing team
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and financial controls
- Other responsibilities and enterprise duties as assigned
Skills and experience that will lead to success :
- 1 + years of related experience
- Experience using Salesforce and Applied Epic Accounting System preferred
- Solid financial accounting and analytical skills
- Experience in researching and resolving reconciliation variances
- Motivated self-starter
- Demonstrated excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint and database analytics
- Insurance Agency account experience preferred
- Strong customer service focus
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Mathematics preferred
